White Pine & Petals was born in 2018, when Beth realized her current shop, Bloomers Flowers & Gifts had more potential but needed a new personality and atmosphere.  She relocated, rebranded and revamped her business model and took the shop to the next level.  Now housed in a quaint, downtown, vintage building (the post office when she was a girl), White Pine & Petals has become a destination brick n mortar shop with floral design services, weddings and events, an abundance of unique plants and containers, and a variety of really cool gifts, including jewelry, apparel, gourmet pantry & chocolates, bath & body, candles, home décor & more. The foundation of the shop is the full-service floral design where you can order flowers for any occasion – every day, full-service weddings, new “micro” weddings, parties and events, and sympathy services.  You’ll find that nature inspires most of the floral designs from being located in Northern Michigan.  Arrangements may include cool, natural things like, twigs, moss, stone, unique greens and cool containers, vines, fruit blossom branches, stems from local shrubs and bushes, plants and local grown flowers when available. Not following the typical, downtown flower shop with traditional, old school floral design, White Pine & Petals offers color palettes in lieu of specific flowers, and several tiered price points which makes customer ordering easy and effortless.  Traditional designs are also welcome, but seriously, the update design is really better.  Full service wedding and event services are available and Beth’s team works with several top notch venues in the area.  And, with our ala carte “micro wedding” menu, the DIY wedding designer can easily design a great wedding.
