Matter of Balance, Starts August 18^th, 9:30 am

Matter of Balance is back at the COA starting on August 18^th. Adults who are concerned about falls, have sustained falls in the past, restrict activities due to a fear of falling, are interested in improving flexibility/balance/strength, are 60 years of age or older, are all encouraged to attend this class. The class will be led by Jan Williamson and Mark Ostahowski. The class will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, 9:30 am – 11:30 am.
