This engaging program combines the excitement of bingo with easy exercises designed to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Perfect for older adults, it’s a great way to stay healthy and connect with friends in a fun, supportive environment.

• Simple, seated or standing exercises for all fitness levels.
• Friendly social time with others in the community.

Join the fun all winter long! Alice Lee and Sherry Haag will host the classes. The first set of classes is January 6^th and 7^th from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Registration closed January 3^rd.
