Chair Yoga

Description

The Commission on Aging will be welcoming Chair Yoga instructor Patty Clark, ERYT, from The Gift on December 4th and 18th at 12:30 pm. The class is free of charge unless you are an out of county resident, there is a $5.00 out of county fee. Registering for the class ahead of time is encouraged to ensure that there are enough chairs for the participants. Please call 989-348-7123 to register.
