Join us on the banks of the AuSable River in Grayling - or from the comfort of your home via our livestream broadcast - for the thrilling start of one of the greatest canoe races on earth – the Consumers Energy 77th AuSable River Canoe Marathon.

Join us starting at 6pm for the Opening Program, emceed once again by the talented Lexi Cherven and Camren Wilson-Money. Paddler introductions will begin around 6:45pm.

The starting gun will sound promptly at 9pm signaling the iconic lemans-style running start through the streets of Grayling to the banks of the AuSable where the 100+ two-person teams will paddle non-stop 14-19 hours through the night, finishing Sunday in Oscoda, some 50,000-70,000 paddle strokes later.
