The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting cooler, Fall is in the air! And Fall is a really fun time at Wellington Park near Grayling. The Corn Maze is almost finished and will open to the public on Friday, September 29. Admission to the Corn Maze is $12.00 per person. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The maze is not recommended for children under 6. Fully enclosed shoes are required. Pets and strollers are not allowed in the maze. Two special events taking place in the Corn Maze are the Full Moon Maze on September 29 and 30 and the Half Moon Maze on October 6 and 7. During these events the Corn Maze will be open from 8 until 10 p.m. A real challenge trying to navigate the maze by the light of the moon, or perhaps a flashlight. Reservations are required for the Corn Maze Moon Walks. Make reservations by calling 989 348 5187. Wellington Park is a 60-acre living history museum located at 6944 S. Military Road southwest of Grayling. The park is easily accessed from either Exit 251 of I-75 or Exit 206 of US-127. The park is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 until 5:00 and on Sunday from 11:00 until 4:00.
