As an entry point class, this three week series will feature three two hour sessions exploring clay.  Registrants will learn basics of handling stoneware clay and come to understand the properties and nuances of pottery clay. Techniques will start with handbuilding and progress to a beginner session on the potter's wheel.

Please join experienced clay artist Carole Meier as she discusses terms and definitions and then guides registrants through creating various pieces and assembling them into a unique piece.
