Position Requirements

-Unrestricted driver’s license

-Ability to drive truck and trailers

-Reliable transportation to and from work

-Ability to lift 50+ pounds

-Ability to work in inclement weather conditions when required

-Ability to perform labor intensive tasks

-Ability to work 8-10 hour days, some evenings and overtime

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Ability to follow directions

-Willingness to learn new skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

-Experience with landscaping tools and equipment

-Experience with installing new landscapes

-MDOT physical card

-Commercial snow removal experience

Primary Responsibilities

-Ensure all work meets A+’s quality standards

-Operate landscaping equipment

-Perform labor intensive tasks

-Install trees, shrubs and plants

-Install pavers, stone and block

-Keep work trucks and equipment clean and organized

-Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used

-Comply with all policies and safety protocols

-Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
