Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Help the maintenance manager with any tasks
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts etc.
• Part of a team responsible for overall appearance of the property
• Performs maintenance work as needed
• Help with repairs and other renovations at the hotel.

Great communication skills, you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to

• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
• Inspect and oversee facilities to resolve problems.
• Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.

Key Requirements

• Knows plumbing, painting, dry wall repair, and preventative maintenance practices
• Demonstrates time management and organization skills.
• Flexible schedule.
• Working knowledge of different building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
